This is a great and safe product! Kudos to the inventor for keeping the price affordable for beginner enthusiasts to... get started. The portability of the machine and the excellent, highly responsive customer service is another major plus. I added several of my own enhancements to the machine to suit my requirements, and I received very helpful guidance from LionsForge to make these changes safely and efficiently.I have used the machine to create a variety of laser cut and engraved products, largely using wood and acrylic materials. I am highly pleased with the performance and the ease of use. Hats off to LionsForge once again! We got a 2nd hand machine online and brought it in for servicing. Owner was very nice to run through the new updates... and replacement parts with us and recommended how to best use the machine at its age. Although our machine is one of the older models from 2019, it was still in very very good condition and highly sturdy and reliable at 3 years old. Highly recommend lionsforge for home safe laser cutters!read more

I have owned the Craftlaser since June 2020. Product was delivered to my door stop by Kee Wee a few days after I placed... my order. Upon delivery, he walked through with me all the parts of the machine that I needed to know; from the hardware to the software operation. Very knowledgeable and polite. Excellent customer service! The safety concerns of using lasers in my workflow was also clearly raised so that I am aware of all the potential risks involved.Fast forward to August 2021, I had a small issue with my Craftlaser. I contacted him on a Saturday night and got a reply within 15 minutes. A slot was arranged for me to go over to their office the next morning(Sunday) to get it checked. Problem was rectified on the spot and I could proceed to cut the same afternoon once I was home.Craftlaser is safe and easy to use for hobbyists at home, I definitely recommend it. Furthermore, LionsForge is a company that strives to innovate so you can expect to see improvements/additions to the Craftlaser some time down the road, which I am looking forward to see.read more

Long due. Our laser diode cutter and engraver broke down 5 days before our workshop session and were in need of a quick... replacement. The pandemic hit us real hard when Circuit Breaker measures forces us to leave our office and suspended all our ongoing... and incoming enrichment services to schools and educational centers.
